I wrestle with staying relevant: staying current on local, state, and national issues; learning all the ways to keep my house maintained (it’s forever trying to age, it seems!), keeping my electronics up-to-date (Windows 10 is a catastrophe!), and trying to stay physically fit, enjoy time with family and friends, and make my employers gobs of money (and myself, too, for that matter!). You and I work ourselves to the grave and never catch up! But God, who created the heavens and the earth and keeps them all maintained, never has to wrestle with perfecting his knowledge or himself—he is perfect and all powerful, and he invites you and me to be his friend! He’s a steady hand for a restless soul! “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8 NLT)
